my mom gave me this book last week after reading it herself. i only got through the first chapter before succumbing to a deep slumber, but so far so good. apparently is was made into a made for tv movie starring rosie o'donnell & andie macdowell (which i will more than likely not be watching)...
i also want to pick up this book now that i'm getting back into yoga. i saw it on my itchy third eye today and it peeked my interest. don't you ever wonder when the yoga boom starting in the us?...
