yoga break thru...
it would be a stretch to call myself 'good' at yoga, but i really do enjoy it. other than the obvious physical well being, it's a huge mental well being activity for me too (my migraines are much less frequent now and i attribute that to yoga too). since i'm no longer an athlete i've certainly been lacking any sort of workout regimen. but last night i experienced the best yoga class i've ever been too since starting a little over 2 years ago. everything about the vinyasa class last night was great; the energy of the class, the fabulous music play list, the flow of our movements...and i credit it all to the teacher. i'd never taken a class with her before, but now i can't stop looking over the schedule at back bay yoga to see when she's teaching next. i should also give credit to the other teacher who's class i've been attending these past 2 years, nicoline, she's a great teacher...
