my mom gave me a newsletter she's been getting at a local store in westport, partners village store. indiebound is basically a newsletter than recommends reading by local independent booksellers nationwide. my mother said they have recommended some great books that she's read, so i decided to sign up myself.
she also gave me this book which i started last night. it's about a child that is born in labrador, canada as a hermaphrodite. if you know me, then you know i'm fascinated with these types of things...i can't wait to see what happens next.
