i always look to haley to find out what's cool in music, televison, blogs, movies and fashion these days, she always seems to be in the know about this kind of stuff. in fact, she's the one who usually rallies us to do super cool things around the city...like the awesome concert we went to last week! haley's also a true ski-bum deep down at heart, having grown up in telluride and lived in mammoth, i bet she could ski before she could walk...and that's obviously why she throws one hell of an apres ski party ever year..seriously, it's epic.
the one thing i think everyone who is friends with her will agree upon is that she's dependable. she's always up for a good time, but she's also always there to help pick you up when you're down. haley's actually quite a private person, she'd rather listen to you than talk about herself, which is admirable, but sometimes i think it's her putting herself second...and she's not a second place kind of girl. it's hard to pay her a compliment sometimes because i don't think she sees herself the way others do; which is a completely wonderful, smart, dynamic woman worth a million compliments daily.
on a completely random side note...i've always thought haley should audition for america's next top model; she's tall, she's slender, she's smart, she's gorgeous, and she's got the fiercest catwalk i've ever seen. i think we might have passed the age requirements now that, dammit. oh yeah, and she looks good as both a blonde and a brunette, now that is a major beauty prop, i wish i had the balls to do that...
