white chicken chili

i love any recipe that requires very little effort and still tastes good, and that's exactly what plain chicken's white chicken chili is. holy hell people, it was SOOO good and such an easy sunday recipe. i did change a few things from her original recipe (my alterations) are in italics. be careful with the amount of chili powder & cayenne too, if you don't like heat i would put a little less in...

1 rotisserie chicken, skinned and meat removed and chopped
1 medium onion, diced
3 cups chicken broth
2 cans cannellini beans, drained
1 can green chiles
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper

In a Dutch oven, combine all ingredients and bring to a boil.  Reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes. top with your favorite toppings.
