meditation...
i've recently started to practice meditation...not going to lie, it's not going so well. but i was happy & inspired to read susan piver's suggestions for developing a meditation practice today, and even signed up to receive her daily emails. i find it hard, especially at the present moment, to relax my mind and i've been looking for alternative methods of doing so (as opposed to the old prescription pill form). i'll let you know how it goes...
Meditation is very intriguing to me - something I want to learn about at some point. I'm going to sign up for those daily emails as well- maybe that will be a kick in the rear!
