progress in hingham...

i've been working with some very pleasant clients lately (along with one of my favorite architects) on their historic house down in hingham. clients like this make me really enjoy my job...they're good decision makers, not unreasonable, and have a good sense of humor. we're renovating their current kitchen & porch into a 'teaching' kitchen (she teaches classes out of her house) with an attached conservatory. these pictures don't do it justice, but the proportions of these two rooms are so generous and those windows are really something else...



we've expanded the master bedroom to include a master bath & dressing as well, lifting the ceiling height to give it a more lofty feeling...


i'm really excited to show you some more progress shots of this project, it's going to be one of the more unique homes we've done just by the finishes alone. stay tuned!
