the boyfriend bought me a 2 week unlimited classes pass to exhale spa on rue la la the other week as an early christmas present (more like a hint to get my ass back into shape). so i went to my first class this morning, music yoga flow...OOOMMM.MY.GOD. asides from the fact that the spa is an incredible space to practice in, i also realized i am so out of shape, it's not even funny. but i'm glad i'm getting back to it after a seriously long hiatus...
