today kicks off the first day of my new healthy living routine...i'm going to try VERY hard to maintain it, but i might slip, and that's ok. i think the hardest part for me is going to be cutting out sugar, i'm a soda-holic, not sure i can do that 100%.
I just made popsicles for the first time last week, strawberry-lemonade- and loved them! They're a great alternative to my favorite ice creams!
