hingham house walk-thru...

i walked a potential client through a renovation/addition we completed this past winter with one of my favorite architect/interiors firms to work with, they are looking to do a similar renovation on their house with these guys (and fingers crossed, us!). it was really fun for me to see the house completed, decorated and being used by the family- that's the satisfaction i get from my job! i snapped a few photos while i was there, we are having the project professional photographed for our portfolio in the coming weeks too. check out the blog post i did for our company blog today too, there's more description of the project and images posted as well...

my parents babysat their fur-grandchildren on saturday & sunday for me...they love it there, it's like summer camp for dogs (and humans too really). penny loves sitting shotgun on the 'gator'...

boston organics...

last night i had dinner with some friends who live in my town and they told me about boston organics, an organic produce delivery organization in the boston area that they use. i've been dying to join a local csa, but they're expensive and i'm afraid i'd get too much produce that i wouldn't know what to do with it and it would go to waste. but this organization has all different size boxes, and you can choose from weekly or bi-weekly drop offs...so i just signed up!

first 'small box' of goodies arrives next friday (6/15), i'm on a bi-weekly schedule...can't wait to show ya'll what's in it!

i've been watching junk gypsies ya'll, and i want to become a sikes sister with amie & jolie. i love what they do, honestly, love it. this is what the do for a living, repurpose awesome old stuff and decorate people's homes with it...think they'll adopt me?...
